I tailor private sessions to the student’s needs and interests. My style generally is to incorporate aspects of my Integral Yoga background including pranayama and yoga nidra into a Vinyasa style flowing asana class. I strive to find a balance between the mental and physical practices. My goal is to guide students into their own inner peace.
I can also incorporate Therapeutic Yoga into a session or create a full Therapeutic Yoga experience. Therapeutic Yoga is a healing practice of restorative poses, gentle yoga, and energy work.
I offer a sliding scale and will work with you to accommodate your needs.
